Refund Policy

Our refund rules are built around held funds: money stays in the platform until the buyer accepts the work.
Before delivery
If a seller has not started, the buyer may cancel and the held amount is returned to their wallet in full.
After delivery
The buyer reviews the delivered work and either accepts it, requests a revision within the agreed scope, or raises a dispute. Acceptance releases funds to the seller and is final.
Disputes
If the work does not match the listing, the buyer can open a dispute from the order page. We review the brief, messages and files. Outcomes may be a full refund, a partial refund, or release to the seller if the work matches the agreed scope.
Digital products and software
Because files are delivered instantly, digital sales are final once downloaded, unless the file is corrupted or materially different from the description — in which case we replace it or refund it.
Processing time
Approved refunds return to your platform wallet immediately. Withdrawals to a bank or mobile wallet follow the normal payout schedule.
