These terms govern your use of iTSoftBD, a marketplace where buyers purchase services, digital products and software from independent developers.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that impersonate others or misrepresent skills may be suspended.
2. Orders and payment
Buyers pay into the platform wallet before work begins. Funds are held until the buyer accepts the delivered work, after which the seller is paid. Prices, delivery times and scope are set by the seller and shown on each listing.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must deliver the agreed scope on time, communicate honestly, and only offer work they can legally provide. Uploading malware, stolen code or infringing material is grounds for removal.
4. Disputes
Either party can raise a dispute from the order page. Our team reviews the order timeline, messages and delivered files, and may release, refund or split the held amount.
5. Liability
The platform connects buyers and sellers; it is not a party to the work itself. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from a transaction.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
